OverviewOur client, a leading UK organisation providing mobility solutions to hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join its contact centre team in Bristol.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer enquiries and manage calls through to successful resolution .

Deliver exceptional customer service when supporting customers with sensitive or complex enquiries .

Build strong relationships with customers through clear and empathetic communication .

Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding available services and next steps.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure queries are handled efficiently.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience .

Contribute feedback and ideas to support improvements in customer and employee experience initiatives .

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment .

Excellent communication and active listening skills .

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities .

Ability to influence and guide customers through information and options.

Confidence handling sensitive or challenging customer interactions with empathy.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

A proactive and motivated approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Competitive salary of £34,376 per year .

Hybrid working model with up to two days working from home per week.
