Ashley Kate are supporting our client in central Grantham as they seek to recruit a temporary HR Administrator to join them during a busy period.This is an ideal role for an experienced HR professional seeking a short term role on an ongoing basis! This role will be site based 5 days a week.Role responsibilities:Assisting with collating and inputting the monthly payroll for employeesAdminister Monthly pension contributionsPrepare draft contracts, variation letters and commission side letters.Carry out & provide standard employee references.Minute taking for meetings.Maintaining the Payroll/HRIS.Setting up electronic staff files.Preparing salary letters.Preparing offer letters/ replies to resignation.Preparing end of probation letters.Appraisals and 121 admin.Supporting HR Advisor as and when required on HR HR tasksHR Admin for onboarding offboardingAdminister staff absences and the attendance management processHealth & Safety admin.Any ad hoc admin tasksFirst line of advice/point of contact for employee within the businessOverseeing the HR Shared InboxIf you have the experience within a HR role, and you can start quickly this could be the ideal role for you.
