We're now looking for a Driver's Mate to play a key role assisting our drivers to deliver goods safely and on time.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVEDelivery of furniture and white goods to customers homes. Installation of some white goods is required - full training providedAccompanying and assisting driver with unloading, lifting and manouvering deliveries at customers homesStaying in touch with the transport team to advise of any problemsCompleting relevant processes on an electronic handheld device

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHOAre comfortable with a physically demanding role, as the position involves lots of manual handlingHave previous experience as a Driver's Mate, within a similar environmentAre happy to undergo a drug and alcohol test and basic DBS check as part of our pre-employment checks
