Role OverviewEaseFix is a rapidly expanding facilities maintenance provider supporting retail, property, hospitality and public sector clients across the UK. Backed by a nationwide network of over 8,500 vetted trades professionals, we deliver responsive and planned maintenance solutions at scale.

As we continue to secure larger contracts and expand, we have a new opportunity available for a Junior Project Manager to support the coordination and delivery of maintenance works across the UK. This role will support both planned and live contracts, working closely with operational teams to keep projects running efficiently and to standard, with a strong focus on health & safety and quality.

While specialist HSE contractors will support with larger projects, you'll be involved in coordinating daily operations, site monitoring and basic project planning, helping to ensure safety, quality and compliance requirements are met.

The role is field based with regular UK travel. When you're not on site, you'll be based from our Oldham office, working with senior leadership to build your project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities

Support the coordination of maintenance and facilities projects across multiple contracts

Support public sector projects by ensuring works align with compliance standards including SafeContractor

Assist with project planning, scheduling and tracking progress from start to completion

Monitor site activity through regular visits, focusing on health & safety, quality and compliance

Carry out site quality checks and inspections to ensure works meet agreed specifications

Work closely with operational teams and contractors to help ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to standard

Review materials and parts ordered for projects to ensure correct specification and quantities

Check parts and materials against job requirements to help control costs and avoid delays or customer issues

Act as point of contact for project queries, communicating with internal teams, contractors and clients

Provide regular project updates to internal teams and clients, highlighting progress, risks and timeframes

Manage project documentation and produce detailed job completion reports

Support the review of RAMS, risk assessments and contractor documentation

Assist with audits and compliance activity, including public sector requirements inspections relating to ISO standards

Attend sites to assess smaller works and assist with basic cost or scope checks before work proceeds

Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across projects

Work closely with the CEO, supporting management visibility across live projects

What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the UK

Experience working within construction, maintenance, facilities or site based environments

Good understanding of UK health & safety regulations

Experience supporting quality checks, audits or compliance activity

Comfortable working on live sites and communicating with contractors

Organised, proactive and keen to build a career in project delivery

H&S or construction related qualifications such as SMSTS, IOSH, First Aid or ISO auditing experience

Exposure to project coordination or junior project management
