Role Description

This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to become an exceptional investor and operator. You will sit at the front line of venture: growing fund awareness, sourcing investment opportunities, speaking with ambitious founders, building intelligent systems, and shaping how we see the market. You will have real responsibility from day one. 

What You'll Do

• Systematically identify and surface top-tier pre-seed and seed opportunities in the UK, EU and globally, with a strong focus on the world’s top startup ecosystems 
• Build and run technology-enabled deal-flow systems (CRM, sourcing tools, automation, data, reporting) 
• Be first point of contact for founders: take meetings, assess quality, and build trust 
• Support market analysis, diligence, and investment decision-making 
• Proactively build relationships across founder, operator, and investor networks 
• Own the execution on our content strategy and digital marketing for the fund across all relevant channels.

What We’re Looking For 

• Clear communicator, organised thinker, fast learner, problem solver 
• 1 - 3 year’s experience in the workplace 
• Exceptional academic rigour and/or smarts 
• Strong intellectual curiosity and commercial instinct 
• Comfortable with ambiguity, networking/outreach, and frequent founder interaction 
• Genuinely excited by startups, founders, and building the future 
• You love technology, tools, and systems that create leverage – hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms/tools and CRMs is desirable 

The Offer 

• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000/pa (dependent upon experience) 
• Network, Learning & Exposure: Direct access to partners, founders, IC discussions, and live deals from the outset 
• Flexibility: Hybrid working with a London base 
• This role is best suited to someone optimising for rate of learning, quality of exposure, and long-term trajectory
