Sales Manager

Location: Worthing

Salary: £30,000 Basic | £55,000 – £65,000 OTE

Hours: Monday–Saturday (day off in week) + Sunday rota

The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join a busy and successful dealership in Worthing.

You’ll be responsible for leading the sales team, driving performance, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives
• Drive vehicle sales volume, profitability, and KPIs
• Support the team in closing deals and handling objections
• Oversee daily activity, enquiries, and showroom performance
• Manage used car stock, pricing, and margin control
• Ensure strong F&I performance and compliance
• Maintain excellent customer experience (CSI)
• Report on performance and work closely with senior management

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Excellent leadership and coaching ability
• Commercial awareness with focus on profit and performance
• Experience within a main dealership environment preferred
• Full UK driving licence
