The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building long-term customer relationships. Acting as a trusted representative, you will educate residential customers on the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the journey to energy independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with residential and commercial customers
• Identify and target new customer segments and growth opportunities
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights

Salary & Commission

• Salary: Dependent on experience
• Commission: Uncapped
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £65,000
