Territory: Norfolk, Peterborough, Cambridge, Colchester

The Opportunity

I'm partnering with a globally recognised medical device manufacturer known for high-quality, innovative surgical solutions across NHS and private hospitals. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Specialist within their sports medicine division.

The Role

You will take full ownership of the territory, managing key accounts while driving new business across theatre environments.

* Selling a sports medicine portfolio including capital equipment and consumables

* Building relationships with surgeons, consultants and theatre teams

* Supporting procedures and developing long-term clinical partnerships

* Driving territory growth through strategic account development

Requirements

* Proven orthopaedic or theatre sales experience

* Strong track record of new business and territory growth

* Confident, credible and commercially driven

Package

* £50k-£65k basic salary

* £30k uncapped bonus

* Company car and full benefits
