You are the "brains" of our operation. You will architect, deploy, and maintain our operational Intelligence Hub:

four specific AI solutions that close the "Efficiency Gap" for our clients:

1. AI Receptionist: Human-level voice & text interaction that takes over the entire front office.
2. Lead Pursuit Engine: Behavior-driven, multi-channel follow-up that converts leads 24/7.
3. Smart Scheduling: Complex, error-free booking logic that fills specialists' calendars.
4. No-Show Killer: Intelligent triggers and confirmation flows that drive no-shows to zero.
   

Let’s be honest: The first ten implementations are the hardest. You will be building the "Master Blueprints." You’ll dive deep into the logic, crack the code, and ensure it's "tank-proof."

But after that? Once those first ten are live, the engine is ready. Deploying new agents becomes a high-speed implementation of your master templates. Your income grows exponentially through compounding recurring fees. You are building a portfolio that pays you more every single month.

• High-Ticket Build Fees: Significant compensation for every new agent you take live.
• Recurring Performance Dividends: A monthly fee for every active agent under your care. You ensure they run flawlessly and stay updated with the latest AI breakthroughs every month.

THE ROADMAP:

• The Start: Monthly income around €35,000 during the initial blueprint phase.
• After 12 Months: As your portfolio scales, your total income reaches €65,000 – €155,000+ per month.
• The "Top 10%" Status: With full scalability, the goal is €200,000+ per month (including 8 weeks of vacation per year).
  

• n8n Native: You think in failover logic, global variables, and API stability. You are an architect, not a hobbyist.
• Executive Presence: You will engage in high-level strategy calls with CEOs and Practice Owners. A near-native English accent is required to establish immediate authority in the UK, Scandinavian, and Swiss markets.
• AI Innovator: You have a hunger to master new LLMs and techniques. If there’s a better way to build, you find it first.
• Ownership: You are truly there for the client. If a system stutters, you fix it. That is why you earn the top-tier rewards.
