£100,000 – £120,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Central London | (1/2 days in office)


Our client is expanding its Revenue Operations capability to support continued growth and increasingly complex enterprise deals. As part of this evolution, they are seeking a commercially astute Deal Desk Manager to help scale deal governance, improve consistency, and support strategic decision-making across the business. This is a high-visibility opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders, influence commercial outcomes, and play a key role in building a scalable revenue engine.

Operating within Revenue Operations, the Deal Desk Manager will act as a senior commercial partner across Sales, Finance, Pricing, and Legal, ensuring complex opportunities are structured effectively and aligned with governance standards. The Deal Desk Manager will balance revenue growth with risk management, supporting high-value deals while driving operational efficiency and transparency across the sales lifecycle.


Role Highlights

  • Own governance across complex and non-standard deals
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Pricing teams
  • Review pricing structures, discounts, and contract terms
  • Facilitate deal review forums and executive approvals
  • Drive improvements across deal lifecycle processes


You Will Need

  • 7–10 years in Deal Desk, RevOps or Sales Operations
  • Strong commercial judgement in enterprise SaaS environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting capability
  • Understanding of pricing models, discounting, and contracts
