The Role

This National Accounts role reporting to the UK Sales Director covering key customers across Toy Specialists or Grocery accounts. There is a distinct possibility that, as the structure of the business matures this will become a significantly more senior role in the next 2-3 years.


You have full control of budgeting and will be working closely with the Marketing & Ecommerce teams to maximise the accounts growth potential. This is about being able to do the doing, as well as being the commercial strategic lead with your customer. You will also have 1 or 2 reports in the role of highly capable and coachable people who are driven and excited about a new leader joining.

  • UK Toys, CPG OR Grocery/High Street retail customer management experience.
  • Joint Business Planning experience.
  • Close cross functional working experience
  • External customer/partnership building 4ps & perfect store.
  • Branded consumer product background - ESSENTIAL.
  • Agility to move super-fast on a broad product portfolio & business that is transforming.
  • Man Management
