Hiring an Institutional Business Development hire at a fast-growing DeFi protocol building core infrastructure for on-chain credit markets. Already live with real institutional usage and scaling alongside the shift of capital on-chain.
Team is deeply crypto-native with strong capital markets intuition. Product is driven by real demand, not theory, with active participants across trading firms, funds, and fintechs.
You own institutional growth across Europe - sourcing asset issuers, onboarding capital, and structuring partnerships that actually move money. High autonomy, direct exposure to leadership, no bureaucracy.
→ 3–8 years exp
→ Strong network across funds / fintech / trading firms
→ Experience selling or structuring financial products
→ Strong DeFi knowledge whether that's in a professional or personal capacity
→ Bonus if you’ve worked in crypto or with tokenized assets
London-based (preferred). Meaningful ownership, real deal flow, and the chance to shape how institutional capital moves on-chain.
