Job Type: Full – Time

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivating Sales Team Leader to inspire high performance, support development, and drive results. If you’re passionate about coaching others, delivering strong sales outcomes, and building a positive team culture, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire high performance through clear communication, energy, and a positive team environment.
- Rally the team around shared goals and maintain strong morale and momentum.
- Create an inclusive, collaborative culture where people feel supported and motivated.
- Provide regular, structured coaching to build individual and team capability.
- Identify skill gaps and create clear development plans to strengthen performance.
- Model best‑practice sales behaviours for the team to learn from.
- Work closely with Training and Compliance teams to deliver constructive, actionable feedback.
- Guide the team confidently through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing.
- Support team members in handling objections and conflict professionally.
- Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, sharing insights with the team.
- Ensure sales activity aligns with wider business objectives and contributes to overall strategy.
- Analyse sales pipelines to produce accurate forecasts and identify blockers early.
- Use data and performance insights to inform decisions and adjust tactics as needed.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
- Build strong, positive relationships both internally and externally.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to improve processes and customer experience.
