Distribution Sales Manager
UK | Field-Based
Are you a sales leader with experience in pneumatics, factory automation, or industrial distribution?
We’re looking for someone to lead a UK-wide team and drive growth across OEMs, end users, and distribution partners.
The Role
- Lead and develop a national sales team within industrial automation / pneumatics
- Drive new business across manufacturing, OEM, and MRO environments
- Grow and manage distribution and channel partnerships
- Improve pipeline quality, conversion, and account penetration
- Deliver hands-on field coaching and joint customer visits
- Focus on solutions around efficiency, energy reduction, and productivity
About You
- Proven sales background in pneumatics, automation, or fluid power
- Experience selling into manufacturing, OEMs, or industrial end users
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to open and develop accounts
- Leadership experience OR ready to step up into a team management role
- Comfortable in a field-based, customer-facing position
