Overview

Our client is a high luxury retail house recognised for delivering exceptional client experiences and strong commercial performance across ready-to-wear and accessories categories.


They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join their London team. This opportunity is suited to individuals with a strong background in ladies’ ready-to-wear, men’s ready-to-wear, or accessories, who excel in client development and thrive in a high-performance retail environment.

This role is centred around building and managing a loyal client base, driving sales through a personalised and relationship-led approach, while contributing to the overall success of the team.


Key Responsibilities

Client Development & Clienteling

· Build and manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on long-term relationship development and retention

· Drive proactive outreach through CRM tools, appointments, and personalised follow-up strategies

· Deliver a highly tailored client experience, understanding individual preferences and styling needs

· Identify opportunities to grow client value through repeat business and consistent engagement


Sales Performance

· Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to overall team performance

· Maximise every client interaction through cross-selling and strategic product recommendations

· Maintain a strong awareness of business performance, including daily and weekly targets

· Actively contribute to in-store initiatives that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue


Product & Brand Knowledge

· Demonstrate a strong understanding of product across relevant categories, including ready-to-wear and accessories

· Stay informed on new collections, product drops, and seasonal trends

· Translate product knowledge into confident and engaging client conversations


Team Contribution

· Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a consistent and elevated in-store experience

· Share best practices and contribute to a positive and performance-driven environment

· Support team objectives and actively participate in daily briefings and store initiatives

· Operational Excellence

· Ensure adherence to all store procedures, including CRM usage, stock handling, and transactional processes

· Maintain high standards of visual presentation and general housekeeping

· Support stock management and loss prevention processes

· Ensure accuracy and professionalism across all operational touchpoints


Profile

· Previous experience within luxury or premium retail, ideally across ready-to-wear or accessories

· Strong clienteling skills, with a proven ability to build and retain a loyal client base

· Commercially driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

· Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

· Passion for fashion, styling, and client experience

· Confidence in working within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
