The Role:

  • Manage and grow international accounts & territories
  • Work with overseas agents & distributors
  • Focus on high-value deals & long-term relationships
  • Daily outbound calls + digital outreach
  • Own your pipeline, forecasts & CRM (Freshsales)

  • Proven outbound sales experience
  • Strong account management & relationship-building skills
  • Experience with international clients or markets
  • Commercial mindset + confident negotiator
  • Self-motivated, organised, KPI-driven
  • A Background in textiles, interiors, or design


Key Benefits:

  • £28,000 - £30,000 pa, Realistic OTE £40,000
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
