Home Manager – Nursing Care Home

• Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding area
• £55,000 - £70,000 + bonus + benefits

We’re hiring a Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing service in Newcastle, an opportunity to shape culture, drive quality, and build a team that delivers outstanding, person-centred care.

This role is about raising standards, inspiring people, and creating a home residents and staff are proud of.

The Role

You’ll have full accountability for the service, with the autonomy to lead it your way, supported by an engaged and supportive senior team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day operations of the home
• Driving compliance and achieving strong CQC outcomes
• Building, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing team
• Managing budgets and improving occupancy
• Creating a warm, safe, and person-centred environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Home Manager or ambitious Deputy ready to step up
• RGN or RMN qualified
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and inspections
• A leader who can motivate teams and build positive culture
• Someone who genuinely cares about delivering exceptional elderly care
