Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Building Infrastructure (Junior to Principal roles available)

Location: Offices UK wide (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)

Salary: £35,859 – £90,000 depending on role level & experience

Outsource UK are recruiting for multiple Electrical Engineers to join a growing design and engineering team delivering innovative building services solutions across a range of projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, multidisciplinary projects across sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, residential and advanced facilities.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical design solutions, managing technical aspects of projects and collaborating closely with other disciplines to ensure fully integrated designs. This position offers a mix of hands-on design, client interaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical building services design across a range of projects
• Manage technical delivery on small projects or packages of larger schemes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated design solutions
• Lead and review electrical design deliverables
• Support the development of technical proposals and present solutions to clients
• Assist in managing and mentoring junior engineers

About You

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards
• Proven experience within a building services consultancy environment
• Strong technical expertise in electrical design (e.g. Power, lighting, distribution)
• Experience working across multiple sectors (e.g. Healthcare, education, commercial)
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Due to the nature of the work, candidates need to be sole UK nationals and willing and eligible to undergo SC Clearance
