Estimators (ALL LEVELS) - 3 years to Associate Director

THE WORK

• Major UK infrastructure, transport, energy and defence programmes
• Estimates from feasibility and order-of-magnitude through to first-principles bottom-up
• Multi-sector exposure — no two projects the same
• High-profile schemes where your numbers genuinely drive decisions

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Produce estimates independently — take-off, cost build-up, basis-of-estimate
• Benchmark costs using multiple data sources and challenge what you see
• Work confidently alongside engineers, designers, PMs and clients
• Quality assure your own work — and ideally, others'
• Adapt across sectors and get up to speed quickly

LEVELS WE'RE HIRING

• Estimator — 3+ years' experience | £50,000 – £60,000
• Senior Estimator — 5+ years' experience | £65,000 – £75,000
• Associate Director — 10+ years' experience | £80,000 – £90,000
