The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Electrical Operations Engineer Operations Engineer (Electrical) to help drive operational excellence across a multi‑site data centre estate.

You will play a key role in defining, standardising, and implementing operational processes across both electrical and mechanical disciplines — ensuring consistency, resilience, and compliance across multiple mission‑critical facilities.

What You’ll Do -

• Implement and improve electrical engineering standards across multiple sites.
• Strengthen risk management, maintenance governance, and incident readiness.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle planning, and capacity modelling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across the estate.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance uptime, resilience, and operational performance

What We’re Looking For -

• Strong electrical engineering background in critical environments
• Experience delivering or standardising multi‑site operational processes
• Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and safety frameworks
• Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
