Salary: £85,000-90,000 (Depending on experience)

Location: London - Hybrid

Maxwell Bond have partnered with a leading digital and creative organisation, who are looking for a Technical Lead to join on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on development and is ready to take that next step up into leadership, overseeing the end to end in both client projects and in-house products in a fast paced environment.

As Technical Lead, you'll work across a variety of digital initiatives, delivering high-quality client solutions for major brands and enhance cutting-edge AI-driven products. You'll lead a small team of developers and communicate between technical and non-technical teams regarding effort and scalability.

What You’ll Do as Technical Lead:

• Lead technical delivery of multiple concurrent projects, defining architecture across web, app, and AI-driven platforms.
• Manage and support a small team of front end and back end developers, along with overseeing end-to-end testing using Playwright.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage the day-to-day resourcing of teams using Jira.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading the development of multiple projects using C# and ASP.Net Core.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting, preferably within an advertising or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps with strong communication skills, translating technical requirements for non-technical teams.
• Experience with Azure AI Services or OpenAI integrations is advantageous.
