Maintenance Manager

£50,000 + excellent benefits
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our busy manufacturing site. You’ll take charge of keeping our machinery and facilities running smoothly, driving preventative maintenance, and leading a small team of skilled technicians.
What you’ll do:
- Lead & motivate the maintenance team
- Keep machines & facilities in top condition
- Troubleshoot & resolve breakdowns fast
- Drive preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with H&S and regulatory standards
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems
- Managerial experience with a “hands-on” approach
- Knowledge of heating systems, CNC machinery, extraction systems, and sprinkler systems
- Proactive problem-solver with a safety-first mindset
