About the Job:
IR Status: Outside IR35
Location: Fully Remote
Start date: ASAP
My client within Building services are looking for a BIM Project Lead for their work in and around the London area.
What we're looking for:
- Experience: Senior level experience, whilst still keeping that hands on experience in drawing in Revit - Fabparts experience in Revit is key
- Experience in projects: Ideally have a solid track record working on Residential, Education and Prison Projects
- Project Stages: Stage 4 - Stage 5
- Current or previous SC clearance
