Quality Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a global manufacturing business to recruit a Quality Engineer. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring product and process quality across the business. You will lead investigations, drive improvements, and act as a primary point of contact for customer quality concerns.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns
• Manage customer portals and monitor quality performance metrics
• Lead structured problem-solving activities (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
• Drive internal process improvements with production and engineering teams
• Manage incoming inspection processes and personnel
• Issue and review supplier 8D reports, working closely with purchasing
• Conduct internal audits (QMS & EMS) and manage audit schedules
• Support customer visits and audits
• Manage PPAP submissions and approvals
• Maintain environmental compliance and support EMS activities
• Provide regular KPI reporting to the Quality Manager

I'm keen to speak to Quality Engineer's with the following skillset:

• Experience within quality in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001
• Proficient in problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, etc.)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
