Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Territory Development Manager, based in Central London. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and develop and execute strategies to grow distribution and sales within the assigned region. They will represent the eauYES brand at networking events and customer meetings, provide detailed market insights, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve the company’s growth objectives. The role will be mainly on ground and in the company office in Hammersmith.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Territory Development within the beverage or FMCG industry.
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Business Development.
• Understanding of distributors, sales trends, customer insights, and regional dynamics in the Greater London area.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and capable of independent decision-making.
• Experience in navigating within a startup or fast-paced entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
