A leading technology company is seeking an accomplished RF Systems Architect to guide the development of next-generation communications solutions spanning satellite, cellular, space, industrial, and many others.

This is a strategic, outward-facing role for a senior technical leader who thrives at the intersection of technology vision, market insight, and cross-disciplinary innovation.

Key Responsibilities for the RF Systems Architect:

• Partner with the wider business to shape technology strategy
• Define and lead breakthrough RF and wireless system architectures
• Influence early-stage product direction from concept to delivery
• Inspire, mentor, and elevate engineering teams across disciplines
• Drive the exploration of emerging technologies that enable future client offerings
• Engage with clients ranging from global enterprises to high-growth innovators

Experience we are looking for in the RF Systems Architect:

• Established track record in RF systems leadership and advanced wireless technologies
• Depth in RF system specification and design
• Knowledge of 3GPP standards and modern communications architectures
• Experience with antenna specification & design
• Strong understanding of DSP in RF applications
• Strategic mindset with a passion for technology evolution
