Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year + Overtime
Field Base in Newcastle and surrounding areas
Exciting opportunity working for a tech company where you will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, and repairing equipment at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently
- Calibrate sensors, control units, and associated hardware
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
- Complete service documentation and reports accurately
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Support continuous product improvement by reporting field feedback
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar role
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with equipment
- Experience working on construction, plant, or industrial machinery beneficial
- Full driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
