We are partnering with a highly regarded communications agency operating at the forefront of the automotive and powersports space. They work with some of the most exciting and innovative brands in the industry, delivering high-profile, fast-paced projects that genuinely make an impact.


About the Role

They’re now looking to bring in a mid-level Full Stack Developer who’s ready to take real ownership of systems and play a key role in shaping their digital products.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of existing PHP / Laravel applications — updates, optimisation, and ongoing improvements

Developing new features and internal tools (with a strong focus on FilamentPHP)

Working across the full stack — MySQL, front-end UI (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Troubleshooting issues and implementing long-term, scalable fixes

Collaborating with non-technical teams and contributing to wider project delivery

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Strong commercial experience with PHP (8+) and Laravel
  • Solid front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
  • Experience with MySQL (design & optimisation)
  • Comfortable using Git
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with FilamentPHP
  • Exposure to the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Livewire)
  • Basic understanding of Linux / deployment / CI/CD processes
