£400- 500 per day limited

We have them — and we're hiring Lead Planners across four UK locations.

THE ROLE

You'll be working on a major UK rail programme — complex, high-profile, long-term. As Lead Planner you own the programme schedule end to end: building it, maintaining it, challenging it, and making sure the right people have the right information to deliver.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Developing, owning and maintaining detailed P6 programmes across project lifecycle
• Providing schedule analysis, critical path review and earned value reporting
• Working under NEC contract — advising on programme obligations, early warnings and compensation events
• Challenging contractors' and suppliers' programmes and holding them to account
• Reporting to senior stakeholders — clear, confident, no fluff
• Identifying risks, delays and mitigation options before they become problems

WHAT YOU NEED

• Extensive rail sector experience — you know how rail programmes are built and why they slip
• P6 — proficient, not just familiar. You build and maintain complex programmes yourself
• In-depth NEC contract knowledge — options, early warnings, compensation events, the lot
• Experience as Lead or Senior Planner on major infrastructure or rail programmes
• Strong stakeholder skills — you can present schedule data and tell the story behind it
