Shillito Group are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the function for a major manufacturing site.
This is a strong leadership role, running the department, driving standards, and keeping production moving.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop a team of engineers
- Own H&S and drive standards
- Manage breakdowns, PPM and CMMS planning
- Control budgets, labour and resources
- Drive improvements and projects
- Manage contractors, permits and risk
What you’ll need:
- Manufacturing / FMCG maintenance background
- Ideally have an Electrical bias which is apprentice trained
- HNC/HND or equivalent
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Strong problem solving mindset
Within this role you will:
- Leads from the front.
- Take ownership.
- Delivers under pressure.
