RF Team Leader (Cambridge)
I’m currently partnering with a leading technology scaleup in Cambridge who are looking for an RF Team Leader to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on technical role whilst leading and mentoring other engineers.
What's in it for you?
- Lead and develop a team of RF engineers
- Own component-level design and RF subsystem delivery
- Remain hands-on with design, debugging, and testing
- Work cross-functionally to deliver complex wireless products
What They’re Looking For
- Strong background in RF electronics design
- Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers
- Solid soldering and PCB rework skills
- Expertise in at least one of:
- Power amplifiers
- Frequency generation
- Low-noise design
