Role: Lead React Native Developer
Compensation: Up to £120,000 (Permanent)
Location: Hybrid (UK-based)
Tech Stack: React Native
Leading the design and development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications using
React Native
- Defining and driving mobile architecture decisions, best practices, and coding standards
- Owning features end-to-end, from concept and design through to deployment and monitoring
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Improving app performance, reliability, and maintainability across the mobile platform
- Mentoring engineers and fostering a strong engineering culture within the team
- Influencing technical strategy and contributing to long-term mobile roadmap decisions
