Dynamic Load Monitoring (DLM) designs and manufactures specialist load monitoring and subsea systems used globally in demanding environments. Our products are critical to offshore operations - failure is not an option.

We are on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer to complete instrumentation and PLC system design and build. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and finishes what they start, but with the discipline and patience to get it right.

This role suits someone who wants to drive solutions forward, improve systems, and raise standards, with a mindset focused on progress and continuous development.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of electrical systems across our product range.

That means:

• Designing robust electrical and Siemens PLC systems for load monitoring and subsea applications
• Producing schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to a high standard
• Supporting production, test, and commissioning activities which often require international travel 
• Diagnosing issues and driving them through to resolution
• Working closely with mechanical, production, and commercial teams to deliver projects on time as well as supporting customers
