A leading global provider of intelligent automation solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to support mission-critical warehouse systems at a live distribution site.


This Systems Engineer role is ideal for someone with strong Linux and SQL skills who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems in high-performance environments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support WCS, WMS, PLC and SCADA systems

• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes

• Manage system performance, logs, and database queries

• Work closely with operational teams and stakeholders on-site

• Support incident/problem management and prioritise workload effectively


Technology Environment:

• Linux (command line, log analysis)

• SQL & PL/SQL

• Oracle databases (desirable)

• Warehouse automation systems (WCS/WMS/PLC/SCADA)


✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ experience in systems support or IT environments

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Experience with Linux and SQL

• Exposure to logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments (desirable)

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, operational setting
