Location: Central London (Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)

Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 + Annual Bonus + Private Healthcare

We are partnering with a Multi-Award-Winning Creative Agency to find a strategic, high-performing Senior Account Manager. This is a pure Client Services play—no hybrid delivery stress—focused entirely on the sophisticated management of a world-class portfolio.

The Role: Master the Art of Partnership

• Strategic Growth: Create and deliver actionable account plans for global change-makers.
• Portfolio Leadership: Oversee the vision for live and digital events, ensuring every project hits high-level KPIs.
• Trusted Advisor: Become the proactive partner that tech and finance giants can't live without.
• Global Collaboration: Work alongside UK and US teams to maintain a seamless global brand presence.

Who You Are:

• The Agency Pro: 5–6 years of agency experience (preferably in events/experiential).
• Commercial Savvy: You’ve successfully managed account budgets of £500k+ and know how to drive organic revenue.
• Sector Smart: You understand the corporate tech and financial landscape inside out.
• The Vibe: You embody transparency and curiosity. You’re a "happy to get on with it" person who thrives in a fast-paced, direct environment.
