NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: JETP South Africa Transnet Decarbonisation Framework Loan and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

Location: South Africa.

Duration: Q3 2026.

Non-Key Expert: Contract Management and Claims Expert

☝ Minimum Qualifications and skills:

• University degree in Law, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proficiency in oral and written English language.

☝ Minimum General & Specific professional experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management and claims management in large transport infrastructure projects or public authorities, of which at least 3 years should be in South Africa.
• Involvement in a minimum of 2 large transport infrastructure projects in the past 10 years.
• Involvement in a minimum of 1 transport project in a developing country, preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa, financed by EU, EIB or other IFI’s in the past 10 years.
