Harkaye Core Talent is partnering with a highly regarded national law firm to appoint an experienced Construction Solicitor into their growing and ambitious team.

The Role
You will:
- Manage your own caseload of non-contentious construction matters
- Support and supervise junior team members where appropriate
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Work collaboratively across teams and practice areas
- Contribute to business development activities, including networking and client engagement
- Support the wider growth and performance of the team
- Stay up to date with legal and sector developments
About You
Essential:
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales
- Strong experience in non-contentious construction law
- Proven ability to manage matters independently
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
- Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desirable:
- Experience working with clients in the Education, Charity, or Public sectors
- Dual qualification or professional membership (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB)
- Experience or qualifications in ADR (arbitration/adjudication)
