I’m currently working with a well-established developer who is looking to appoint a Technical Manager to support the delivery of high-quality residential developments across London.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with a strong pipeline of projects ranging from mid to high-rise residential schemes.
The Role:
You’ll take ownership of the technical function across projects, ensuring design is coordinated, compliant, and delivered efficiently from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the design and technical coordination of residential schemes
- Overseeing consultants and ensuring information is delivered on programme
- Driving design solutions that are buildable, compliant, and cost-effective
- Managing planning conditions, building regulations, and approvals
- Supporting site teams through delivery and resolving technical issues
What they’re looking for:
- Experience as a Technical Manager / Senior Technical Coordinator within residential development
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning process
- Experience managing consultants and design teams
- Ability to work across multiple projects and stages
