£55k - £65k plus package.


A leading 5-star, top 10 UK housebuilder is looking to strengthen its West Midlands team with the appointment of a Land Manager, based out of their Solihull office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded developer with a strong pipeline and reputation for delivering high-quality homes across the region.


The Role

Reporting directly to the Land Director, you will play a key role in identifying, securing, and progressing land opportunities across the West Midlands. This position offers a high level of autonomy, making it ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on managing their own workload and building strong external relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and appraise potential land opportunities
  • Negotiate land acquisitions and manage deals through to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and local stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal planning and technical teams to maximise site potential
  • Monitor market activity and competitor movements across the region


About You

  • Proven experience in a land role within a housebuilder or developer
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Commercially astute with a good understanding of the planning process
  • Driven, organised, and capable of managing your own pipeline of opportunities
