Senior Property Associate

We’re working with a modern and ambitious London City Firm that is building serious momentum in the property space. They are looking for a Senior Property Associate who can combine technical strength with leadership, commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to client care.

If you enjoy leading transactions, mentoring junior lawyers and playing an active role in business development, this is the kind of role that gives you both responsibility and visibility.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and managing key residential property transactions including sales, purchases and refinancing
• Acting as a senior figure within the Property team, working closely with the Director of Property
• Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers, paralegals and trainees who report directly to you
• Contributing to budgeting, operational input and maintaining high compliance standards
• Driving business development, nurturing referral networks and expanding the client base
• Playing an active role in maintaining the firm’s high service standards and client experience

• Strong and demonstrable experience across residential property matters with at least 5PQE
• Exceptional client care skills and the ability to communicate clearly and commercially
