Combining strategy, design, and delivery, the business offers a fully integrated service including workplace consultancy, interior design, technical design, and construction. Their projects are known for pushing boundaries—creating environments that enhance productivity, collaboration, and overall user experience.
With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a BIM Coordinator to support their technical and delivery teams.
The Role
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the production, coordination, and management of BIM models and technical information across workplace fit-out projects.
Working closely with design, technical, and project delivery teams, you will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models (primarily using Revit) across multiple projects
- Produce and review detailed technical drawings and construction packages
- Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are maintained across projects
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve design and technical clashes
- Support project teams with model audits, clash detection, and data validation
- Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards
- Manage project information in line with ISO and industry best practices
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members where required
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in a BIM / Revit-based role within workplace, commercial interiors, or fit-out
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
- Good understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and workflows
- Experience producing detailed technical drawing packages
- Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and common data environments (desirable)
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, design-led environment
