Process Development Technologist – Lincolnshire

Are you passionate about food and thrive on solving problems? We’re working with an innovative and growing food manufacturer in Lincolnshire who are looking for a hands-on Process Development Technologist to join their team.

This is a varied and engaging role where no two days are the same. You’ll be right at the heart of the action—working across factory trials, product launches, and continuous improvement projects to ensure products are delivered to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting factory trials from concept through to launch
• Troubleshooting process challenges and driving practical solutions
• Collaborating with NPD, production, and technical teams
• Ensuring products scale up efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance

• Someone hands-on, proactive, and naturally curious
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
