Recruitment Resourcer – Construction (White Collar)

Newcastle (NE1 3DY) – Hybrid / Flexible Working

Construction Recruitment – White Collar Focus

£30,000 base + uncapped commission

We’re working with a growing recruitment business that launched its Newcastle office last summer and has already seen strong success within the white-collar construction market. With a small, high-performing team in place, they’re now looking to bring in a resourcer to support delivery and continue their upward trajectory.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be joining a close-knit, mature team where you’ll play a key role in:

• Filling live roles across the white-collar construction sector
• Headhunting high-quality candidates for permanent positions
• Supporting consultants with candidate generation and pipeline building
• Contributing to a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys candidate-side recruitment and wants to work in a supportive, non-micromanaged setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience sourcing candidates for permanent technical roles is essential (any sector)
• A proactive, organised approach to headhunting and delivery
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging candidates
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Construction experience is not essential.
