About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join a fast-growing, technology-driven organisation within the financial services sector.

This is a key role where you’ll lead a cross-functional engineering team, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of software into production. You’ll work closely with both technical and business stakeholders, helping to shape priorities while driving delivery excellence.

This position suits someone who combines strong technical foundations with proven delivery leadership experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate delivery across a cross-functional engineering team
• Facilitate planning & execution, including stand-ups and delivery ceremonies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and set objectives
• Track progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Communicate clearly with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and team performance
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Strong software engineering background (hands-on coding experience required)
• Experience delivering high-quality software into production
• Proven track record in software delivery leadership or management
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban (with practical application)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud and DevOps technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, microservices, GCP)
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary teams (UX, QA, DevOps, Frontend/Backend)
• Ability to identify value opportunities and influence prioritisation
• Background in banking or financial services
