Pensions – Data Correction Specialist | (Hybrid)
Are you passionate about working with pension data and creating complex Excel models to support impactful projects? We’re looking for a motivated professional to join a dynamic Data Solutions Team within a leading UK retirement business. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from a UK office, combining technical expertise with collaborative problem-solving.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out and review bespoke pension data modelling work, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements, share insights, and support decision-making
- Devise strategies to complete data projects efficiently within deadlines
- Review team outputs to ensure quality and consistency
- Mentor and support colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives

Skills & experience for success:
- Proficiency in Excel with the ability to create and modify complex models
- Understanding of UK pension schemes and member calculations
- Experience in pension data transformation projects, such as GMP rectification, reconciliation, equalisation, or benefit remediation
- Ability to identify project risks/issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a desire to deliver high-quality solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time-management and multi-project prioritisation abilities
