Elite US Firm Seeks Restructuring Associate (2-4 pqe) for London Office

The Role

The successful Associate will:

- work closely with private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers;

- engage in cross-border and UK restructurings across various industry sectors, providing strategic solutions and support; and

-work closely with friendly and collaborative partners within this growing practice.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and execution of restructuring projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement restructuring strategies.
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting restructurings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Required skills:

• 2-4 PQE (Class of 2023-2021) with relevant experience in restructuring or finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of cross-border and U.K. Restructuring processes.
• Strong Academics.
• Current SRA practicing certificate.
• Solid work ethic.
