OPPORTUNITY SNAPSHOT

A construction consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, on-site role in London. The position involves cost planning, cost management, and financial control across construction projects, particularly mixed-use developments, during later delivery stages. Responsibilities include preparing and analysing Bills of Quantities, producing cost reports and forecasts, and collaborating with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to high standards.

Ideal experience:

• Experience of delivery project in excess of £100million
• Ideally has experiences delivering project in residential sector
• Ideally has work experiences in consultancy environment

THE HEADLINES:

Title: Quantity Surveyor

Experience required: Achieved or working towards Chartered Status.

Salary: up to £80,000

Location: London

Hybrid Working: Yes, 2-3 days on site

WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, experience supporting live projects, relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or construction management, and professional membership (or progress toward it) with a recognised industry body.
