Senior Site Manager

Job description

Currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a high profile residential scheme in East London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a tier 2, market leading main contractor delivering a large-scale and complex residential scheme from inception to completion. This would be a No2 role to the SPM, overseeing all aspects of the build. The project is around 30 units, RC frame apartments.

About the Senior Site Manager role

• Lead and manage all phases of the new build residential scheme.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with current building safety legislation and quality standards
• Oversee programme management, risk mitigation and cost control
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage resident liaison in occupied environments
• Drive health & safety culture across the project

Requirements for the Senior Site Manager

• Proven experience delivering residential schemes across the whole build process
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
