The organisation works with partners and seeks to be the gold standard in grant making and charitable operations.
Current Opportunity
The organisation now has an opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join initially for 12 months.
The role focusses on important and innovative philanthropic work, providing advice and guidance on the development of projects, reviewing and drafting agreements with grantees and partners and providing guidance on governance as well as processes and procedures. You would advise on governance matters and support initiatives and projects.
About You
The position will suit a corporate or commercial lawyer who enjoys variety and who is looking to truly be part of something making an impact. You must have excellent relationship developments skills and be able to navigate projects, manage funding arrangements and contribute sound legal advice.
