Job Title: Global Consumer and Market Insights Manager (Retail)

The Role

A client in the global retail and fashion industry is seeking an Insights Manager to join the team for 12 months. You will lead complex, multi-market research projects and support the development of consumer-centric strategies across the organisation. You will support strengthening insight capabilities and deliver high-impact narratives that inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver global ad hoc research projects from brief to debrief across multiple markets
• Manage internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely, high-quality outputs
• Interpret quantitative data tables and build clear, visually engaging PowerPoint summaries
• Support the CMI Lead with analysis, strategic reviews and key business presentations
• Develop research briefs aligned to business objectives and ensure accurate, consistent deliverables
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Collaborate with Customer Insights and Data Analytics teams to deliver integrated analysis
• Build strong relationships with agencies and identify new approaches and methodologies

Requirements

• 5 to 6 years' experience in a research agency, preferably mixed-method or quant-focused
• Strong quantitative capabilities including questionnaire design, sampling and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with complex data sets
• Ability to convert data into strategic insights and actionable narratives
• Skilled presenter with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Comfortable managing agencies and suppliers across multiple markets
• High proficiency in PowerPoint with strong visual storytelling instincts
• Curious, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced global environment

• Duration: 12 months
• Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 depending on experience
• Location: Remote, with some travel to London
